Water and Infrastructure GIS Project

The Water and Infrastructure GIS project aims to provide a rudimentary spatial framework for water and infrastructure for smallholder farmers in rural KZN.

In addition to collating spatial data into a new Siyavuna GIS system, this project will also create new spatial layers to assist with the identification of water and infrastructure constraints amongst our rural farmers. This project will start in October 2018, and hopes to showcase GIS aided analysis for smallholder farmer development.
